At Parviora.shop, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
To request a return, please contact us at parviora.shop@gmail.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been approved.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition for reasons not caused by us, we reserve the right to deny or reduce the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
